Giphy Clips

Giphy had a new idea- gifs with sound! Actually, this was an old idea- its called VIDEO. But serving it up in the Giphy way was a fresh take for their 1 billion customers. So, they called on Smile Mountain (and some other artists) to show the world how amazing GIPHY CLIPS could be! Now everyone knows.

	Vans

Vans invited us to make some snippets to mix in with the rest of their lifestyle branding - moments that are exciting, unusual, interesting, and cool too! We are familiar enough with the brand and they like our style enough that we just shoot and deliver content that we think they will like.

	Chipotle
Deep Taste

Chipotle wants to do more than just sell burritos. The founder also has a mission to educate people of all ages about food and farming. We helped Chipotle create Rad Planet, a kids space adventure series about the politics and production of food for kids. The segments we created were 2 minute non-narrative documentaries that track all the steps that a certain food item goes through from seed to fork.

Vans hired Joel and Ross to design and concept a wild parade and direct the brand video with Vans’ biggest athletes from every division. Years later, photos of that day are still all over their retail spaces. Steve "Van" Doren is in a giant shoe car!

	Disney
Pickle & Peanut
We created all of the video elements for the (mostly) animated series Pickle & Peanut on Disney XD. When the story comes to a turning point, a climax, or they just wanted a shocking moment, the show would briefly switch from animation to video. It’s a bit tricky to describe but take a look. From the storyboards and discussions with the showrunners, we developed how the elements would appear. We would then build the props, puppets and worlds, cast actors, film everything in our studio, add computer magic when necessary, and deliver the completed elements broadcast ready.

	Sonos

Ryan Adams was interviewed by Sonos – and the interview was so great that Sonos hired us to create a series of stand-alone videos from the event. We edited the interview and brought many of the concepts to life with original footage and psyco-graphic segments.
